Based in Leeds UK, I specialise in natural stones and crystals. I craft unique, handmade pieces, and pride myself in making sure you receive the perfect piece of jewellery. Items with a lot of variance are listed singly or as lots where you can choose your exact piece to ensure you are delighted with your purchases. I am more than happy to answer any queries, or work with you to make alterations and create custom orders. Please send me a message! :)

Returns and exchanges
Items with a lot of variance, for example, size, shape, colour and pattern, are listed singly or as lots where you are able to choose the exact piece you receive. This is so that you are never disappointed by receiving something that isn't quite what you were expecting. However, in the instance that there is a problem or you are not happy, you may receive a refund for the cost of the item, minus any postage costs. Please contact me within 2 days of receiving your order. Refunds will be processed once the item has arrived back to me in a suitable condition.

Please contact me if you do not receive your order in the expected time period. I retain all recent proof of postage receipts. Where possible I am happy to help recover your order, but ultimately I am not responsible for any lost packages in the hands of the postal service.

Payment through Etsy Direct Checkout. Please message me if you would prefer for me to activate Paypal.
Delivery
Processing time for orders to be made and packaged is 1-5 business days.

All small UK orders (jewellery,small crystals) are sent Royal Mail 1st class recorded delivery which requires a signature for delivery confirmation. This service means orders usually arrive in 1-2 working days once dispatched. Larger items that need to be sent as a small parcel offer 1st class standard delivery but have the option to upgrade to recorded delivery. These should also arrive in 1-2 working days.

European orders are sent Royal Mail Standard International delivery and should arrive within 3-5 working days once dispatched. However this service offers no proof of delivery so I cannot accept any responsibility for lost packages. Please ask to upgrade to International Tracked shipping for approx £9.84 if you would like tracking and delivery confirmation.

USA and Canadian orders are sent Royal Mail Standard International delivery and should arrive within 5-7 working days once dispatched. However this service offers no proof of delivery so I cannot accept any responsibility for lost packages. Please ask to upgrade to International Tracked shipping for approx £8.80 if you would like tracking and delivery confirmation.

Australian orders are sent Royal Mail Standard International delivery and should arrive within 5-7 working days once dispatched. However this service offers no proof of delivery so I cannot accept any responsibility for lost packages. Please ask to upgrade to International Tracked shipping for approx £9.00 if you would like tracking and delivery confirmation.

Please express interest and I will add your country to the delivery list if it is not there already.
