Hello and welcome to BabyFaceArt

My name is Clare and I am a self taught portrait artist with a love of discovery! I made a return to art in 2010 when my little boy was born and since then I have gently been relearning and refining my techniques and building my portfolio. I love to work on fine detail, my portraits really reflect that! They take me up to 15 hours to complete and are a real labour of love.

More recently I have discovered paper cutting through some very talented cutters on facebook. I was quietly cutting and learning behind the scenes before I felt brave enough to finally take the plunge and start selling my cuts. You will find my templates and a few originals for sale in my shop. I find it such a relaxing art/craft to do, and relish the detail and accuracy it takes.

I have also just made the leap in to combining my drawing/painting skills and paper cutting together in my paper cut pendants. I love making these and I wear my butterfly myself every day. I'm sure I will be adding to the list of different arts and crafts I am branching out in to very soon!

I hope you enjoy my shop. Everything is either drawn/painted/cut by me, even my cards are all from images of my artwork so it is basically me in a shop! Thanks for looking, Clare xx

Hello and welcome to my shop, I am new to Etsy and am currently taking my time creating beautiful artworks which I am slowly turning in to cards, prints and other items to sell in my shop. If you are interested in anything but you would like some info, please feel free to convo me any time x

Payment

Once payment is received I will dispatch as soon as I am able, if for any reason there is a delay I will notify you as soon as possible. Goods will only be dispatched once payment is received. Refunds cannot be given for custom work and portraits. If an item is damaged in the mail I will issue a full refund once the client has provided me with sufficient evidence that the item is damaged beyond repair. If an item is 'lost' within the mail system, I will wait 28 days before issuing a refund/sending a replacement. Once items leave my studio unfortunately there is absolutely nothing I can do about it if they arrive late but in an effort to reduce the likelihood of this happening the majority of my more expensive items will be sent tracked and signed for. All international orders will be sent tracked. My most expensive items are also sent insured.

Delivery

All items will be shipped with royal mail. Cards will be shipped in a rigid cardboard envelope first class to the UK and standard 3-5 day delivery for international delivery. All prints and original paintings will be shipped securely with royal mail 1st class signed for delivery UK and Airsure, insured, tracked and signed for Internationally.

Any original framed artworks will be shipped via Royal Mail special delivery service for the UK.

Privacy

All buyer information will be kept in the strictest confidence. I will not share buyer information with any 3rd parties and confidentiality will be adhered to at all times. The only contact I will make with buyers is to ask questions about their purchase and this will be via the convo option on Etsy.
