She was so helpful with the second order, offering suggestions of different fabrics when we realised the order could not be filled with one fabric. The compromise works brilliantly. Nothing was too much trouble for Kim and she went above and beyond to ensure I was happy. Communication was prompt as was the order delivery on each occasion. I would thoroughly recommend this seller. Many thanks.

5 out of 5 starsLovely seller! Great communication. This was a custom order for a slightly smaller ladybird embroidery. It arrived today and is beautiful, even the finishing on the back is so neatly sewn. Very pleased, recommend!

Delivery
If you are outside the UK, your order will be dispatched by Royal Mail International Standard, delivery time can be up to 6 weeks for some countries. Please be aware this service does not include tracking. Items over £20 in value will be sent using a tracked service automatically and a signature will be required on delivery. You are responsible for any customs/import fees and taxes applied to your purchase.
The price I charge you for shipping is exactly what I have to pay at the post office.
If you wish to purchase faster shipping then please contact me BEFORE making your purchase to discuss your time frame and associated costs.

Wholesale: A number of my items, including hand embroidery and tablet cases are available for wholesale to shops and boutiques. Wholesale prices are 50% of my retail prices. Please get in touch for more details.

When you place an order from me, I will receive your name, delivery address and email address from Etsy. I will only use these details to process and deliver your order, or deal with any queries you have related to that order.
