Custom and personalized orders
An custom order is an order that has been somehow changed at the request or agreement of the buyer, it can be engraving, adding or removing some details of the finished product, or changing some external details of the product or internal components, and where you want, for example , engrave on the product you bought from my store, this product will automatically go to a custom order. Custom orders are non-refundable as they were made specifically for you.
Sizing details
I try to make measurements of my products as accurately as possible so that the buyer understands what he is buying and indicate this in the description of the goods, but there may still be some inaccuracies and a few centimeters are acceptable.
