Gift wrapping and packaging
All orders come with a gift box with ribbon, perfect for gifting!
Need a gift enclosure card? I will include one free of charge . Simply leave the wording you want in the card in quotes (" ") in the Notes to Seller section before you check out.
If you specify that the item is a gift, then the order will not include the order receipt.
Custom Orders
I am happy to work on custom orders for my customers, from new designs to changing colors or stones on existing designs I offer, I'm always happy to work on something special just for you.
Custom orders are non-refundable, but I am always willing to make adjustments so that you are happy with your purchase. Custom orders will be held for 72 hours before being offered for sale to the public unless prior arrangements are made.
If you need custom earrings, please contact me via Etsy conversations. I will be in touch with you and send pictures before shipping the item.
50% of the cost is needed upfront for custom orders.
Care instructions
*Choking hazard – my jewelry is not made or intended for children. Jewelry is intended for those 14 year and older.
*Sterling silver will tarnish when they are exposed to water, chemicals, and air due to a process called oxidation. To help keep your jewelry from oxidizing, keep it stored in a sealed bag and out of direct sunlight.
* If sterling silver becomes tarnished, wipe thoroughly with an anti-tarnish cloth.
Returns and Exchanges
I want my customers to be very happy with the purchase they make, so I will accept returns and exchanges. The customer will need to pay for additional shipping incurred for returns or exchanges.

Processing and Shipping time
The orders are shipping within 1 - 3 business days. If there are any delays due to any reason, I will contact customers right away!
All orders are shipped using Standard shipping by USPS First Class Mail.
Orders shipped within United States takes about 3 - 7 business days to arrive. Shipping durations internationally will vary and I will be in touch with you regarding the expected delivery date.
If you need expedited shipping, please add a note to the order and customers will pay for additional cost incurred during to expedited shipping.
