I accept payment by PayPal, major credit and debit cards and Etsy gift cards.

PayPal will process your debit or credit card whether you have an account with them or not.

Orders will only be dispatched once full payment has been made and cleared.

Your items will be posted to you within 48 hours of cleared payment. I will send you an e-mail on the day of dispatch.
Packages will be sent within a padded envelope or a small sturdy cardboard box.

I will ship to your Etsy address. If you wish for your items to be delivered to another address, please let me know in the 'message to sender' section of the checkout.

Packages to addressees within the UK will be posted by Royal Mail first class post, and your package should arrive within 1-3 business days. Higher value packages (over £25) will be sent using Royal Mail's 'signed for' service (which requires a signature) at no additional cost to yourself.

Packages to European countries, United States and Canada use Royal Mail's airmail service with proof of posting. Delivery to Western Europe should take approximately 3 days and Eastern Europe up to 5 working days.
USA and Canada is quoted as 5 days but in reality usually take around 7-12 working days. But please note, this is not guaranteed. No tracking is available on these packages.
Higher value packages (£40 and over) to Europe, USA and Canada may be dispatched using 'Airsure' or International Signed For, depending on the destination country and will require a signature at the destination. There is no further charge to you for this service and the package should arrive slightly earlier.

Delivery to the rest of the world is quoted as 5 - 7 working days - again this is not guaranteed. Higher value international packages may be dispatched using either Airsure or International Signed For, depending on the destination country and will require a signature at the destination. There is no further charge to you for this service and the package should arrive slightly earlier.

NOTE: Please be aware that when you are ordering from outside the EU custom duties might have to be paid. Any such costs are your responsibility and you can not reclaim them from me.
In the event our package is rejected by the customer due to refusal to pay such taxes or fees upon delivery, the customer will be responsible for any costs incurred in the package being returned to us and only the balance of the purchase price will be refunded.
