NEED A GIFT FAST? Please message us ahead of time if you need something custom made in time for a special occasions. We can offer upgraded production and ship times depending on the details of your request. We're here to help and we are very responsive.
Many items depend on your approval of a proof. If you reply quickly, we ship quickly.
PLEASE NOTE SHIPPING TIMES - The post office has changed the delivery times of first class mail. If you need a faster transit time please select priority mail when you check out. This is a paid service so you will have additional shipping charges on orders under $35. As always, orders over $35 are always free shipping even if you select priority mail.

I felt the box would be a perfect keepsake for her to keep the mementos her father gave her over the years and the bracelet I gifted her as well. She absolutely loved it when she opened it and gave me the biggest hug because it was perfect for her. The picture looked fantastic on the tile. The box is a nice size and well crafted and just beautiful to look at. The customer service provided by the shop owner was top notch and she was always quick to reply. The packaging was amazing so that the box arrived in perfect condition after shipment. I highly recommend purchasing from this shop.

I am Lisa's husband of 28 years. I'm a pastor and retired firefighter/paramedic/911 dispatcher/security officer/chaplain. I help with designing and anywhere else Lisa needs me, as well as operating the embroidery machine.

Can I return or exchange a gift that I received?
There are some top selling designs that we may be able to exchange for a different size. But please contact us first. Items must be in new and unworn condition from a smoke free home and in resellable condition. We do not take returns or exchanges after 14 days. No exceptions. Masks are not returnable due to national health code regulations.
Where is my package?
NOTICE - As of June 2021, the USPS is still slower than usual and experiencing unprecedented delivery issues due to record volume and reduced staffing. We cannot guarantee any deliveries by specific dates. But please message us to see how quickly we can make your item and get it on the way. Often we are able to make things within 1 business day. The "in transit" time is not guaranteed. We appreciate your patience with an element of our small business that is out of our control.
