Frequently asked questions
Plastic Card Covers
Where possible I choose not to use plastics in production and packaging. Therefore, I have made the decision not to use cellophane covers/wrappers for my cards. If ordering in bulk I usually will send your items together in a plastic sleeve to protect them during shipping - but this can be removed on request.
Wholesale Availability
I do offer wholesale, but please keep in mind I am a one-person business! Large quantities will usually require more time to produce than stated on the item description - Please message me for more details or email me at becci.kidd.studio@hotmail.com - Thanks for your interest!
International Tracked and Signed
All overseas orders (outside the UK) will be sent via 'Royal mail tracked and signed'.
You are responsible to receive and sign for the parcel. If you miss it or do not sign for it, it will be returned to me and you will have to pay the shipping cost again in order to receive your parcel.
Unfortunately, I cannot refund you for your order at this point, as signing for your items is not my responsibility.
Packaging
The majority of our packaging is entirely recyclable! Please recycle our paper and cardboard backed envelopes and notepaper. If tissue paper is used in your order, this can be reused or composted (but not recycled!).
With large/wholesale orders I may use 'green' jiffy bags to protect your items - this is due to rules and regulations I have to abide by when sending larger quantities of items through the mail, these are also recyclable/compostable!
I am not responsible for damaged or tampered with packaging, I ensure that your order is wrapped securely and any damage will come from the mailing process. Unfortunately, I cannot refund you for items damaged in this way.
Custom and personalized orders
I offer personalization options (at extra cost) on almost all of my cards. Please select the personalized option on the listing itself and either label your item as a gift at checkout, allowing you to type your gift message, or alternatively message me once you have placed your order. I will then reply with a list of ink colours and personal recommendations.
Please understand that if you have sent me your personalised message but not specified ink colour before the dispatch time is up, I will choose the colour for you. If you have not sent me your personalised message, I will usually prompt you after a couple of days, but if I do not get a response, I can't personalise your order and will, therefore, send the card blank.
