Angela went above and beyond in order to help me when I had to return the bangles for resizing x2. Nothing was to much for her. I will definitely be keeping my eye on her site and ordering again. The Bellisful Boutique jewellery garden has been designed, planted, grown and loved by Angela Goodwin. Angela fell in love with designing and making jewellery in 2009 and finds much of her inspiration in the beauty of nature.
Bellisful Boutique designs are unique and grow organically from a seed of inspiration gathered from beautiful scenery during plentiful dog-walking and flower-gazing. The rest of the time Angela can be found amidst a forest of files, hammers and blow torches, nurturing the next bloom into creation using various materials including gold, sterling silver, copper, brass, pearls and semi-precious stones.
A bespoke Bellisful Boutique design is perfect for special birthdays, weddings and engagements or anniversaries. If you want to save the choice for a rainy day, you can buy a gift certificate for a deferred treat =)

Frequently asked questions
If I return an item, will I receive a full refund?
If the item was listed as free postage then the cost of postage (£3 UK / £10 everywhere else) will be deducted from the refund to compensate for initial postage. This is because the postage costs have been included in the item listing price and therefore cannot be redeemed. If you upgraded the postage, or the item has been shipped abroad, then a full refund will be given for the item as the postage costs were separate in the original listing.
If returning from outside UK, returned items should be listed as such on customs forms i.e. "Goods returned" rather than listing as a gift. Incorrect customs declarations will incur a fee, which will be the buyers responsibility to pay before any exchange/refunds can be issued.
What if my item is lost in the post?
To date, no items have failed to reach the customer - although there are occasionally delays in delivery. On dispatch of the item, a message will be sent to the customer with the estimated time of delivery, based on the advice of the mail carrier. A copy of the proof of postage will be provided on request.
Please note that as default, items will be dispatched as "standard" delivery. This does not enable tracking of the item. Should you wish to track the item, please upgrade the postage at check-out.
Items will only be considered as "lost" after 12 weeks of awaited delivery and then a replacement/refund can be arranged.

Why does my jewellery tarnish?
Over time, exposure to moisture and air can cause a dark coating called tarnish to form on the surface of silver, copper and brass; tarnishing is a natural process rather than a problem with the jewellery making process. All sterling silver, copper and brass will tarnish over time, but it will happen much faster when it comes into contact with agents such as perfume, salty air, sulphur, skin creams, hairspray, chlorine and acidic skin ph. The amount of tarnishing (oxidation) that occurs is dependent on the skin and care habits of the wearer; we therefore recommend that you do not wear your jewellery whilst bathing, whilst in bed or during sporting activities.

How should I care for my jewellery?
The environment you keep your jewellery in will also affect the rate of tarnish. Store your jewellery away from natural sunlight and heat and in a protective (lined) jewellery box. Do not store your jewellery in the bathroom. Use a jewellery polishing cloth regularly to prevent the natural process of tarnishing. The cloth can clean gold, silver, copper, brass and glass safely. Clean your jewellery using lukewarm soapy water and a soft brush; if the jewellery is heavily tarnished then a silver polish cream can be used.
Sizing details
How do I select the best size for a ring or bangle?
If you already have a ring/bangle that fits, you could measure the diameter (across the middle) and I can make a set to match the size. Or you could wrap some string around your finger/wrist to what feels like the right size and I can calculate the best fit - bearing in mind to leave some wriggle room to get the ring over your knuckle or the bangle over your hand too. Or for a bangle, you could opt for the standard medium size I offer which is 6.4cm internal diameter and I am happy to exchange them if they don't fit and at least we would get an idea of size!
Can I exchange a ring/bangle if they don't fit?
Yes! I am happy to exchange any items for a different size.
You are responsible for the safe return of the item. Once the item is safely returned I will send out a replacement.
UK customers: The exchange will be free of charge for the first replacement. Additional postage charges apply for subsequent exchanges.
Outside UK; The exchange is subject to additional postage costs. I will send you a link to purchase the shipping cost of the replacement items.
For a faster dispatch, you can place a new order in the new size and I will dispatch it ASAP and I will refund your original order (minus postage) once I receive it back.
