Excellent customer service from David who cares as much for his customers as he does for his work. A credit to a profesion sadly underapprecited in the UK. Support the arts. It'd be a grey, unstimulating world without it. Thanks David for this beautiful work.

Once acrylic underpainting is on and dry, I begin to work up the first layer of oil paint -
The image suddenly starts to come alive at this stage. However, there is still plenty of decisions to be made.. -
I love working in oils to try and emulate the textures of skin and foliage using different brushes and techniques. -
Finally, a glaze of tone is brushed in to help with realism, contrast and compositional balance.
