The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
I gladly accept refunds within 14 days of receipt, provided the item has not been customised to such a degree that it would difficult to resell.

I'll do everything I can to ensure it doesn't happen, but if you find a fault please let me know asap as I will really want to put it right for you. This should be identified and communicated no later than 14 days from delivery.

Please remember that being a natural material, wood (and the pyrography design on it) can respond to atmospheric conditions including damp, strong heat and exposure to bright sunlight for extended periods of time. Pyro items don't require extra special care, but all wood can split if it heats up rapidly (like over a radiator) or can change colour (oxidise) in reaction to a lot of direct sunlight. Please ask any questions, because I'm not able to refund or replace at a later date if the item has suffered from problems caused by failing to follow this guidance. Thank you! :)
Payment
I accept debit/credit cards, Etsy coupons and Paypal.

Where possible please pay at the time of placing your order. Please note that orders that remain unpaid may be deleted and the item put up for sale again.
Delivery
Once I have received payment I will post your purchase out within 3-5 working days, except where an item is made to order (1-3 weeks). Please see the item description for the current arrangements for overseas orders.

Most UK orders are sent 2nd class by Royal Mail and protectively packaged.
Additional policies and FAQs
Your personal information is kept securely, and always password protected. Following your order or enquiry I will not spam you nor add you to a mailing list. I will retain your details for only as long as necessary (normally this will only be until my tax return is completed)

I do not accept commissions but I may be able to reproduce a design (fairly closely, they all vary slightly) , so if there is something you like please get in touch and I'll check whether it can be done again.
