All items in my shop are digital downloads to be edited in Templett, an online editing platform. After purchase you will receive an email to the email address linked to your Etsy account. Click on the link to start editing your templates to suit you!
Shop opening hours are Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm. I do however aim to respond to all messages within 24 hours, please note that I am based in the UK and therefore if you are in a different time zone I will respond as soon as I can.

How many times can I access my template?
Once you have purchased a template you will have access to it for 1 year. You are able to save and download your template as many times as you wish for amendment purposes but please note that templates are for a single event use only. All templates are for PERSONAL use only and cannot be copied, resold or redistributed.
What is 'templett'?
Templett is an online editor where you can customise your template straight from your laptop or computer. There are no additional fonts required to purchase and no software to download.
What can I edit on my template?
ALL text is editable unless stated otherwise. You are able to move, resize and add additional text where needed. Fonts can be changed to suit your needs. Text colour can also be changed and on most templates the background colour can be changed too (not suitable for watercolour backgrounds).
Use the free DEMO link which is available in the description of the listing to try it out for yourself before purchasing.
What cannot be changed on my template?
If you are purchasing a template with artwork this is locked in place and therefore cannot be moved, resized or deleted. Colours of artwork cannot be amended. If you require any changes to the design please contact me before purchasing.
Size and orientation of the templates cannot be changed. If you require a different size please get in touch as I can do this for you!
Can I change the font style and colour?
There are a huge range of fonts to choose from (over 100!) which are included in the purchase of your template. The colour of the text can be changed across all of the templates that I offer too.
Where can I print my templates?
Templates can be printed at home or at a local printer centre. There are many online stores that can also print your templates for you.
If you are in the US I recommend Prints of Love. They specialise in printing for celebrations and offer free envelopes!

How do I access my template?
Within minutes of purchasing you will receive an email from Templett. Please check that the email address that you provided to Etsy is up to date as this is where your link will be sent.
If you have purchased your template using an Apple ID or have not received your link please contact me and I will resend this to you. Please be aware that I am based in the UK therefore the time differences may mean that I do not respond straight away but I will always get back to you!
You can also access your template by logging onto www.templett.com and entering your email address and order number.
Can I edit my template using a phone or tablet?
Templett does not currently allow mobile or tablet editing therefore you will need to use a desktop or laptop computer.
If you do not have access to this I can do the editing for you. Please contact me before purchasing and together we can design your invites.
Can I try the template before purchasing?
Of course! Each listing contains a link to try out the template before purchasing. Simply copy and paste the link into your browser and see how simple it is to edit your templates and make them personalised to you.
