It was shipped super fast and arrived packaged supremely well. I am sure there are newborn babies that leave the hospital less carefully packaged than items from this store. I believe this was my 3rd order from this shop and it will most certainly not be my last order! Would recommend very much.

The package was shipped out SO fast and it arrived with me quite quickly. This was also the best packaged item I’ve even received, really meticulously done! Would recommend this store VERY much!

PAYMENT PLANS AND RESERVATION information: Please note, we are now fazing out private payment plans/layaway and now can only offer them to long term customers who have shopped with us for at least a year. Paypal and Klarna now offer payment plan options at checkout, so please choose this option if you wish to pay for your order in partial amounts.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS TERMS & CONDITIONS (Tracking & Insurance):-
Please note, once the order has been dispatched the order becomes the buyers responsibility. We provide a tracking number, and you are expected to keep an eye on its progress. The parcel is insured, but this is against loss and damage only, if delivery is attempted and the recipient does not re arrange delivery or collect the item then the insurance becomes void. If the item is sent back to us (and we receive it) then we will only refund the item value, we cannot refund the original postage. If the item does not come back to us and the tracking shows that delivery was attempted, then unfortunately, as it voids the insurance, no refund can be given. We urge customers to check the tracking every few days, we have had a few incidents recently where when delivery was attempted no calling card was left, so checking the tracking is essential. If you have any problems tracking your item, then please do contact us, we are happy to help.

due to the ongoing Pandemic shipping times can be effected, this is an ongoing and constantly changing situation. At the moment most parcels are arriving quickly without a hitch. However, the odd parcel is getting delayed. So please be aware that this can happen and do not purchase if you are not happy with this. If a parcel does get delayed or the tracking goes dead then unfortunately Royal Mail will not consider the item to be lost for around 3 months from the expected delivery date. So this means that no refunds can be offered until Royal mail officially declares the item lost which may take 3 months. On the odd occasion that this has happened the parcel has always come to the customer before it can be officially considered lost. So the good news is the parcel will come to you, the bad news is it might take its time. For this reason if your parcel gets delayed or appears to be lost, then I will open a case with Royal Mail but will not be able to refund you for at least 3 months, and your parcel will most likely come before that date. I always keep customers updated if their parcel is delayed and regularly touch base with Royal Mail to see if there is any progress, I always have my customers back. But CANNOT give any refunds before Royal Mail officially accept an item is lost, and as stated above this will be at least 3 months from estimated delivery date. Sadly I have no option on this, as carriers have updated their compensation schedules to cover them for inevitable Pandemic delays, it is now their policy and therefore it has to be mine.
Further Customs Fee Information
If the customer does not pay their customs fees then all shipping insurance is voided and the customer therefore will NOT be entitled to any refund of their order. If the customer rejects the parcel then also no refund will be given. If you are having any problems paying your fees, or have not been contacted by customs but the tracking says there is a fee, then please contact me asap. I will happily try to help, but I must be clear, it is important you contact me quickly, as customs only holds a parcel for a short time, and may destroy the parcel if no attempt of payment is made.

Our website uses Etsy payment system and offers numerous safe payment options, including PayPal, Apple Pay, Credit/Debit cards and Etsy gift cards. Some countries will be able to use Klarna.

To find the tracking details please follow these instructions:
Click on the YOU tab in the top right side of screen, then click on purchases and reviews. Click on the order. Click TRACK PACKAGE link. Click VIEW COMPLETE TRACKING HISTORY link. Click on the tracking number (this is usually under the map, next to the Shipped on...) You will be taken to Royal Mail tracking, if it says HANDED TO DELIVERY PARTNER then click on CONTINUE TRACKING, this should show the up to date progress of your order.
COMBINED SHIPPING
We offer shipping discounts on everything (except heavy coats & bags), when you purchase more than one item. (you will pay full price on the postage on the first item and then around half price postage for everything else). The discount is applied at checkout, however, often a further discount can be given, message us if you would like a quote. Once the order has been shipped any overcharge on postage will be refunded.

Keep in mind that all clothes have been worn before, and so will not be as new, if there are significant imperfections I do try to detail them, but some flaws may go unnoticed.

Due to the UK leaving EU there is significant disruption to shipping. Many orders are taking between 10 days and 4 weeks to arrive, please be aware that your order could take this long. Frequently asked questions
If the seller agrees to accept a return then how long do I have to return my order?
If we agree to a return, either prior to buying or after, then the customer must post back to us within 2 weeks of receiving their order. If we do not receive the return within 1 calendar month then the return is voided.
If I do not recieve my item then how long should I wait before contacting the seller?
We urge you to make contact as soon as possible as often we can chase up and locate parcels. We are always happy to help so please do not hesitate.
However, international customers please note, if you do not receive your order, then you must contact us within 4-7 weeks, this is because insurance and lost shipping cases will not be accepted by most carriers after 2 to 3 months. If you do not make contact with us in that time frame then we cannot look into it or claim anything back from the carrier, which therefore means we will be unable to find or refund your order.
What if I am not happy with my order?
Please do not hesitate to contact us if there is a problem. We are a small business and care deeply, so please be considerate when thinking about leaving negative or neutral feedback, it really is heartbreaking when it happens. We are always willing to have a warm conversation with customers if there is a problem, and of course, sometimes we do make mistakes, give us a chance to make things right ;-)
