Custom and personalised orders
My charms and pins are not available for custom designs such as your original character or fursona. These items are bought in bulk of at least 25 and sadly, I can not order only 1 or 2 of a design.
My Tracking number isnt working?
All my Standard International orders are sent Untracked. There are options to upgrade to Tracked if you'd like! When I purchase Etsy Shipping labels, Etsy still sends a Tracking number, even when the order does not include Tracking (I know... its annoying) So sadly, unless you upgrade to Tracked, you will not be able to see where your order is.
Smoke and Pet Free ?
All my items come from a Smoke Free home! However, I do have a Miniature dachshund who is regularly around my Office space, so if you have a very severe dog allergy please note my items have likely been close to her. Most of my items don't pick up hair like my pins or charms, so this is just a warning :)
