I have always been drawn to the power of crystals; their beauty caught my eye but it was their power that called to me.

As someone who has suffered from anxiety my whole life I searched for alternative ways to manage my disorder. Hand-in-hand with CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy) and medication, I found peace with crystals.

Combined with research, published resources, and my own personal experiences, these tools help me create beautiful gemstone bracelets that I hope provide people with the same sense of peace and healing that crystals have given me.

A couple of my personal favourite gemstones are Amethyst: - a powerful protective and healing stone and is also the birthstone of my son. The other is Moonstone - a calming stone with balancing feminine energies.

My hope is that the crystals in my jewellery help others as they have helped me. Whether you are simply looking for a more holistic approach to healing or a firm believer, my jewellery makes for a lovely and thoughtful gift for friends and family. Even if you don't believe in the healing values of crystals they make beautiful accessories - so where's the harm? :)

Returns and exchange details
Requests for refunds and/or return or exchange of custom/personalised items are not accepted in ANY case. The same applies to any items that were purchased on sale, on clearance, or any ready made/ready to ship products.

I will accept returns up to fourteen (14) days from date of receipt of the items. Please contact me within seven (7) days of receipt of item.

Items must be shipped back in their original condition and advised that they be returned via a registered/tracked delivery service as I shall not be held liable for any lost/missing parcels.

I shall not be held liable for any damages incurred as a result of inadequate packaging, mishandling by the postal service, and items that come back to me in a less than sale-able condition will not be refunded.

You will be refunded MINUS postage cost(s) and you shall be responsible for the cost of return postage.


If your item arrives damaged, if there was an error/missing item, or if I sent the wrong item please contact me (include photographs and an accurate description of the damage/s or error/s) within three (3) days of receipt of item.

Items must be shipped back in their original condition and advised that they be returned via a registered/tracked delivery service as I shall not be held liable for any lost/missing parcels.

You will be refunded fully or the item replaced.
You shall be responsible for the cost of return postage.

Damages (in the case of poor jewellery care or mishandling) or loss that occurs after receipt of the item is the responsibility of the buyer and I shall not be held liable in such cases.


Lost/missing parcels
UK customers - expected delivery dates are 2-3 WORKING DAYS (for standard 2nd Class) and 1-2 WORKING days (for Special Delivery/1st Class). Please allow AT LEAST 14 WORKING days from the expected date of receipt (UP to 21 days during busy periods, e.g. Christmas) before contacting me regarding non-delivery. A claim will be made by myself to Royal Mail, and once Royal Mail investigates and provides me a refund, said refund will be passed on to you.

International customers - please allow AT LEAST 20 WORKING days (for items posted to Europe) or 25 WORKING days (for items to the rest of the world) from the expected date of receipt (possibly longer during busy periods, e.g. Christmas) before contacting me regarding non-delivery. A claim will be made by myself to Royal Mail, and once Royal Mail investigates and provides me a refund, said refund will be passed on to you. NOTE: International lost/missing parcel claims can take UP TO 90 days to process.
I only accept payment via Etsy Direct Checkout through debit/credit cards or via Paypal. I will only begin production of your order upon receipt of full payment.
All orders will be shipped via a signed for service in the UK (2nd class by default) and tracked for international parcels. Shipping upgrades are available at checkout - 1st Class/Special for UK customers.


Items will be shipped to the address listed in the purchase receipt only. If you wish to have your order shipped to a different address, PLEASE CHANGE IT DURING THE REVIEW STAGE OF CHECKOUT.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the address provided in your Etsy account is correct and up to date. I shall not be held liable for any packages that are delivered to an incorrect address or returned due to an incomplete address or its equivalent.

You shall be responsible for paying for postage to resend any packages that are returned to me due to an error in the address, incomplete/inaccessible address or listed as unclaimed/refused etc.


I use a drop-off service to dispatch parcels. This means that I drop all orders off at my local post office and mark them as "Dispatched" on Etsy.

Usually the post office gets to the items on the day itself, but if they are busy (and especially during periods such as Christmas etc.), they may take more than a day to sort through the parcels.

Please bear this in mind, if you notice that the date of dispatch and the postmarked date on the package is different, or if your packaged is delayed.

The above time frames are provided by Royal Mail in regards to how long your package should take to be delivered - these time frames DO NOT include processing times.

Please note that a package taking longer than expected to arrive could be the result of delays in transport, customs (and how long your country's postage service takes), bad weather, and busy seasons (e.g. Christmas) etc. There are currently slight delays due to Covid.

Processing times
Processing times for orders vary between 7-10 working days for most orders. For large orders, or orders that require extra supplies to be bought in, processing time can take up to four weeks. The current amount of orders I have at the moment also may affect processing times.

UK customers - you have the option to upgrade your shipping to 1st Class/Special Delivery. Please note that this only applies to the method used to ship your parcel; your order will still be subject to the usual processing time.

I am not responsible for any customs and handling charges incurred as a result of your country's tax and duty laws.


Expedited Orders
PLEASE CONTACT ME PRIOR TO PURCHASE to discuss if you require your order to be rushed. There is no guarantee that I can accommodate you, but I will try my best.

Please take into consideration processing times AND shipping times, especially for orders going outside of the UK, and during busy periods like Christmas, when requesting an order to be expedited. Refer to estimated shipping times for an idea of how long items take to arrive to your respective country.


Custom and personalised orders
Custom/personalised items are classed as anything that is not usually available in my store, where the design has been altered/changed, and/or has been personalised to your specifications.

This includes (but is not limited to) the following: where one or more gemstones are changed according to you request, or a larger/smaller size bracelet is requested etc.

ALL customised/personalised items are NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-RETURNABLE and NON-EXCHANGABLE.

PLEASE CONTACT ME PRIOR TO PURCHASE if you have a major custom request and I will try my best to accommodate you. If you fail to contact me PRIOR TO PURCHASE, and instead leave a note at checkout or send me a Convo (post purchase), I MAY NOT be able to customise your order and you will be sent what you purchased (as shown in the listing pictures).


Product descriptions
All products are described and photographed as accurately as possible. Pictures have been taken using the following: Samsung Galaxy S7 / S8 / S9, OPPO Reno Z, Huawei P30 Pro, Samsung A71, Samsung S21 Ultra mobile phone - either under natural light, white fluorescent light, or in a lightbox with LEDs.

Each bracelet is made to order unless otherwise stated (i.e. "Ready To Ship items) and so bracelet lengths may vary by +/- ¼ (1/4) inch and the number of gemstones will depend on the length of bracelet chosen.

Please allow for products to possibly differ in colour due to different display monitor settings - requests for returns or exchanges of items because of this reason shall not be entertained.

All gemstones used are genuine unless otherwise stated*. Please allow for colours of gemstones shown in listing pictures and those received to possibly differ slightly and have inclusions etc.

* Lapis Lazuli - dyed.
* Sugilite - either dyed and/or treated.
* Turquoise - either dyed and/or treated, stabilised or reconstituted.

Most gemstones used are 6mm but may vary by +/- 0.5-1mm.

Any carved, tumbled or raw stones featured in product pictures are NOT for sale or included in your order(s). These are used purely as props for photography purposes.


I reserve the right to change the prices of any and all products as listed in this store, and shipping charges, at any time and without prior notice to customers.


If you are purchasing multiple items as gifts and would like each item presented in their own individual organza bag, please state so at the time of purchase. Otherwise, multiple items are packaged in a single organza bag (or two if you order more than 4 items). Please note that all items in an order will be sent in ONE (1) postage box and that each charge of a gift box is for a single gift box only.


> Gemstones
• Refrain from swimming with gemstone jewellery as the chlorine/salt water can damage them.
• Do not clean whilst wearing gemstone jewellery as exposure to strong chemicals such as bleach, turpentine, ammonia etc. can dull or possibly erode gemstones.
• Store gemstones away from direct sunlight as it can fade gemstones or cause them to change colour.

> Stretchy bracelets
• Please roll the bracelet on or off your wrist, DO NOT pull, as repetitive pulling over a course of time can cause the elastic to stretch and weaken.
• Refrain from showering, swimming, or exercising with your bracelet. Avoid exposure to extreme temperatures, body oils, perfumes, lotions and cosmetics as exposure to these can also cause the elastic to weaken over time and as a result the elastic may stretch/break.
• Do not clean whilst wearing stretchy bracelets as exposure to strong chemicals could possibly erode or react with the elastic (and gemstones).

> Plated jewellery
• Plated charms, jump/split rings and necklaces will tarnish over time; use a damp cloth to clean these. Do not use chemicals as this will fade/remove the plating.

The above information is not an exhaustive list of "Dos and Don'ts" and exposure to other elements may cause your jewellery to break or deteriorate at a faster pace than basic expected wear and tear.

Please use common sense when caring for your jewellery, and if you are unsure, there are many resources available on the internet on how to care for your items.

It is advised to remove all jewellery before you sleep to prevent further fading (for plated items, due to the addition friction of rubbing against skin/bedding), or possible damage to cording/elastic due to catching on something etc.

Refunds or exchanges will NOT be provided if it is found that improper care of the jewellery was the cause of damages or breakages.

> Gemstone cleaning:


I DO NOT exchange any of my products for features on YouTube/social media/blogs. You are more than welcome to do a feature or review on said platforms after you have purchased an item.

Items bought on sale, on clearance, or ready made/ready to ship items are NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-RETURNABLE and NON-EXCHANGABLE. The same applies to custom orders.


Any attempts to extort a free product or a refund through feedback/reviews will be reported to Etsy.


By purchasing a product or products from my store, you thereby agree 100% with all the terms and conditions as listed.
In order to process and complete your order(s), I have been provided (with your authorisation through Etsy), the following information:

Full name
Postal Address
E-Mail address
Details of purchase
Additional information can also be provided through a note to me during the checkout process or through contacting me directly (via Etsy Convo, Facebook Messenger, Instagram Direct Message etc.)

I share your name and postal address with Etsy and service providers such as the postal office, its postal workers who handle your package, and any delivery company/companies specific to your country (e.g. USPS). If you have chosen a courier service (for international customers) then your information will be shared with the company and their delivery peoples.

I retain the full name and postal/ZIP code of all buyers for tracking purposes. This information is stored securely in my home in a postal book.

I store the following information for my personal bookkeeping: customer full name and delivery country, date of order and dispatch, quantity and total net amount orders. If you prefer I not do so please Convo me and let me know. This is stored electronically on my personal computer.

I retain all messages and pictures sent by customers until the order is completed. After such time all correspondence is deleted.

Customer full names, postal address, and any previous purchases are retained by Etsy under my 'Completed Orders'. I do not store these bits of information anywhere else or share them with anyone else.
