Delivery

All orders will be shipped via a signed for service in the UK (2nd class by default) and tracked for international parcels. Shipping upgrades are available at checkout - 1st Class/Special for UK customers.

I use a drop-off service to dispatch parcels. This means that I drop all orders off at my local post office and mark them as "Dispatched" on Etsy.

Usually, the post office gets to the items on the day itself, but if they are busy (and especially during periods such as Christmas etc.) they may take more than a day to sort through the parcels.

Please bear this in mind, if you notice that the date of dispatch and the postmarked date on the package is different, or if your packaged is delayed.

Processing times
Processing times for orders vary between 5-8 working days for most orders. For large orders, or orders that require extra supplies to be bought in, processing time can take up to four weeks. The current amount of orders I have at the moment also may affect processing times.

UK customers - you have the option to upgrade your shipping to 1st Class/Special Delivery. Please note that this only applies to the method used to ship your parcel; your order will still be subject to the usual processing time.

I am not responsible for any customs and handling charges incurred as a result of your country's tax and duty laws.

Expedited Orders
PLEASE CONTACT ME PRIOR TO PURCHASE to discuss if you require your order to be rushed. There is no guarantee that I can accommodate you, but I will try my best.

Please take into consideration processing times AND shipping times, especially for orders going outside of the UK, and during busy periods like Christmas, when requesting an order to be expedited. Refer to estimated shipping times for an idea of how long items take to arrive to your respective country.

Custom/personalised items are classed as anything that is not usually available in my store, where the design has been altered/changed, and/or has been personalised to your specifications.

This includes (but is not limited to) the following: where one or more gemstones are changed according to you request, or a larger/smaller size bracelet is requested etc.

ALL customised/personalised items are NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-RETURNABLE and NON-EXCHANGABLE.

All products are described and photographed as accurately as possible. Each bracelet is made to order unless otherwise stated (i.e. "Ready To Ship" items) and so bracelet lengths may vary by +/- ¼ (1/4) inch and the number of gemstones will depend on the length of bracelet chosen.

Please allow for products to possibly differ in colour due to different display monitor settings - requests for returns or exchanges of items because of this reason shall not be entertained.

All gemstones used are genuine unless otherwise stated*. Please allow for colours of gemstones shown in listing pictures and those received to possibly differ slightly and have inclusions etc.

If you are purchasing multiple items as gifts and would like each item presented in their own individual organza bag, please state so at the time of purchase. • Refrain from swimming with gemstone jewellery as the chlorine/salt water can damage them.
• Do not clean whilst wearing gemstone jewellery as exposure to strong chemicals such as bleach, turpentine, ammonia etc. can dull or possibly erode gemstones.
• Store gemstones away from direct sunlight as it can fade gemstones or cause them to change colour.

> Stretchy bracelets
• Please roll the bracelet on or off your wrist, DO NOT pull, as repetitive pulling over a course of time can cause the elastic to stretch and weaken.
• Refrain from showering, swimming, or exercising with your bracelet. Avoid exposure to extreme temperatures, body oils, perfumes, lotions and cosmetics as exposure to these can also cause the elastic to weaken over time and as a result the elastic may stretch/break.
• Do not clean whilst wearing stretchy bracelets as exposure to strong chemicals could possibly erode or react with the elastic (and gemstones).

> Plated jewellery
• Plated charms, jump/split rings and necklaces will tarnish over time; use a damp cloth to clean these. Do not use chemicals as this will fade/remove the plating.


The above information is not an exhaustive list of "Dos and Don'ts" and exposure to other elements may cause your jewellery to break or deteriorate at a faster pace than basic expected wear and tear.

Please use common sense when caring for your jewellery, and if you are unsure, there are many resources available on the internet on how to care for your items.

It is advised to remove all jewellery before you sleep to prevent further fading (for plated items, due to the addition friction of rubbing against skin/bedding), or possible damage to cording/elastic due to catching on something etc.

Refunds or exchanges will NOT be provided if it is found that improper care of the jewellery was the cause of damages or breakages.

In order to process and complete your order(s), I have been provided (with your authorisation through Etsy), the following information:

I share your name and postal address with Etsy and service providers such as the postal office, its postal workers who handle your package, and any delivery company/companies specific to your country (e.g. USPS). If you have chosen a courier service (for international customers) then your information will be shared with the company and their delivery peoples.

I retain the full name and postal/ZIP code of all buyers for tracking purposes. This information is stored securely in my home in a postal book.

I store the following information for my personal bookkeeping: customer full name and delivery country, date of order and dispatch, quantity and total net amount orders.

Customer full names, postal address, and any previous purchases are retained by Etsy under my "Completed Orders". I do not store these bits of information anywhere else or share them with anyone else.
