BlingPrints originally started designing typographic personalised prints back in 2014 for a few years. Since then, we have evolved and now specialize in HOME DECOR and NURSERY PRINTS for your Home, Family and Friends too.

Once we have sent you your proof file. Your order cannot be cancelled.
We are however happy to discuss and resolve any issues you may have.
We cannot be held responsible for any damage or delay that may arise during the transit of your order.
We endeavor to make sure that our in-house packaging processes are safe and secure at all times.
Please allow between 15 to 30 days before claims of losses can be made. We follow the required time scales set out by www.royalmail.com
- In the event of a refund, postage is non-refundable. All return Costs are to be paid by the buyer.

-Digital Prints are designed and supplied in a high quality 300dpi .JPEG format.
- If you require your digital copy to be a specific size, please let us know at the time of purchase so that we can do that for you.

-UK Customers, please allow 1-3 working days for your order to be delivered,ONCE it has been marked as dispatched.
-INTERNATIONAL Customers, please allow between 8-28 working/business days for your order to be delivered, ONCE it has been marked as dispatched.
During Busy/Seasonal Peroids, please allow ample time for delivery, therefore it would be best to place your orders early to avoid any disappointment.

-No responsibility is taken by Blingprints for errors found after proofing.
-It is the Buyer's responsibility to read and check the listing fully and provide all necessary information requested to carry out your customization.
-If you need your order within a short space of time, please make sure to check your proof files once received as soon as possible. If we haven't heard from you with 48hrs, we may dispatch your item.

We like to make sure that our customers are completely happy with their chosen Standard / Generic design. In some cases we may be able to make small changes to a chosen design at no extra cost. However, this must be a reasonable change and is assessed on an individual basis.

Maximum of 2 free revisions.
Further revisions or changes deemed excessive beyond the design features will incur additional costs. These costs must be paid for before requested changes are applied to the design.

All prints and designs are for PERSONAL USE only. They cannot be resold or used for commercial purposes. You are free to print your designs for personal use as many times as you want.
