Frequently asked questions
My order has not arrived?
If your order has not arrived send a message on Etsy and we will look straight into it please provide your name and address for order delivery.
Standard and First Class delivery does not include tracking but I can see on our system if item has been delivered for small parcels.
We follow royal mails guidelines for lost parcels which is - if a parcel has not arrived within 10 working days - Mon to Fri it is considered lost - we will then provide a full refund,
My Personaliation or Address is Wrong
If we make a mistake we will replace.
But Please note all gift messages and addresses are automated and due to high volumes mistakes imputed by yourself may not be spotted and you will be liable for these mistakes.
I am sending a gift straight to the recipient and want them to open on birthday
We can help by putting a NO Peeking until a certain date on the gift packaging just add a note at check out.
Do you guarantee delivery dates?
We do everything we can to get your parcel to you as quickly as possible providing quick processing time and delivery to post office. We then rely on royal mail who I have found to be very reliable but as we rely on a third party we can't guarantee delivery dates.
Can I get my parcel as quickly as possible?
If you need your parcel quickly send me a message and I will see what I can do to process as quick as possible. Also choose the First Class delivery option. I don't provided next day delivery as I have found this service unreliable and expensive.
