Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details
I hope you are very happy with your purchase but will accept returns within 30 days of items in the same condition they were received for a full refund minus postage costs.

Please remember that any handmade items will naturally have variations and may differ slightly.

Please let us know that you're sending a return, and we will refund your money when we have it back and see that the item is undamaged and complete.

If items are lost or damaged please contact. Please attach photos of any damage.
Payment
Please make an effort to pay immediately, or contact us if you're having a problem with PayPal. If you place an order without payment, we have to pay Etsy fees for something that didn't sell.

We'll do everything we can, but if payment hasn't gone through in 3 days, we reserve the right to cancel your order. Of course, if you've contacted us we will be happy to work with you.
Delivery
We try to ship the next day whenever possible

PLEASE make sure you have the same address in Etsy and in PayPal. We will always default to the PayPal address, and can't be responsible if that is not correct.

Items priced over £20 are sent recorded.

Overseas I use Royal Mail International Signed for Airmail service.
Privacy
We do not send random marketing emails to personal email addresses (spam).

We keep your personal information private and do not sell it or give it to third parties or use it for unsolicited e-mail or phone calls unrelated to specific orders. However we do need information about you in order to record your order and to satisfy it. This privacy policy describes the information we collect, how we use it, how you can check it, and how to contact us if you would like to amend it. Our policy is updated from time to time and changes are posted here.

When you place an order online or by personal contact (Facebook, email etc) we only hold your order details on an order record (one per order). You may view these and request changes if you wish.

Whether you order online or by phone, we do NOT record your full credit/debit card details anywhere on our system. Payments are processed by our payment processors who have their own privacy policies in place.
