Lost packages
Lost packages will be replaced as long as tracking information is available.
How long does shipping take
Orders are shipped on Tuesdays and Fridays. U.S. shipping can take anywhere from 2-7 business days. Orders shipped outside the U.S. should arrive 6-10 business days after the order has shipped according to the post office. HOWEVER, please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery before contacting the shop
Custom and personalized orders
Unfortunately due to the amount of time each design takes, I cannot accept custom personal orders.
I do accept custom orders for bulk orders. Must purchase a minimum of 20 tattoos to qualify. Design will be exclusive to your box/business if you so choose if purchasing a quantity of 100 or more.
I really love the tattoo from THIS box! Can I order one?
Unfortunately unless it is already listed in my shop, I cannot sell any tattoos included in boxes as I have agreed to exclusive rights to those tattoos.
Will you make a tattoo for THIS book?
I would LOVE to make ALL the tattoos :) But I prefer to have read, or to read the books I am designing tattoos for. Please feel free to send suggested titles to me, and/or quotes from them. My TBR is endless, so there's a good chance I'm already planning to read it! Maybe I'll bump it up the list ;)
International shipping
I do offer international shipping. To keep your cost down, I offer untracked shipping outside the US for a reduced rate of $3. By choosing the reduced rate, you accept the risks of international shipping and I am not held responsible for any lost packages. Tracked shipping is available for $13.50 and must be selected at checkout. You are protected if you choose tracked shipping. Damaged packages will be replaced after proof is submitted in the form of a photograph (does not apply after tattoo has been applied to skin)
