About

Creating nature and historical inspired quirky jewellery for people who like something different!

I love to make jewellery, it's my passion! so I thought I would start an online shop so that I could share my beady makes with everyone! I am nearly always happy and laughing, so my jewellery reflects this - wacky or quirky would sum up my style of jewellery - hopefully you will like my work too!

My work can be seen within the interactive Egyptian exhibit in the Royal Cornwall Museum, Truro and you may even see me or my projects printed in various UK Bead & Jewellery Making Magazines!

My new phase is teaching - I teach jewellery making workshops at Falmouth Adult Education Centre and have recently taught a jewellery making workshop at Cornwall Records Office using images from their archives! To find out more please contact me! I am happy to travel around Cornwall to teach jewellery making at your local club or group, please contact me for more information!

Please bear in mind if your item contains vintage components that there may be a little wear and tear on these pieces because of the nature of the item's age. I try and use the best quality materials in my work, but if you are unhappy with it for any reason, please let me know as soon as possible or within three days of receiving the item. Once you've heard back from me and you would still like to return it, please return the item undamaged in its original packaging if possible. Once I've received the item, I'll arrange for a refund of the purchase price, exchange the item for one of the same value, or if alteration is required, I can alter the item to suit (although additional charges will apply if this takes longer than fifteen minutes or requires additional materials).

Shipping
I will endeavour to post all jewellery goodies within three business days of receipt of payment, always first class and through Royal Mail - unless otherwise stated in my shop announcements. I cannot always get to the Post Office everyday, so I will contact you with a despatch date and keep you informed as much as possible when I will be sending off your item.

I use first class post within the UK and standard airmail when I ship worldwide. Unfortunately, I cannot be held liable for items getting lost in the post. Standard postage items do have insurance up to value of £46/$55, but if your item is of higher value, please consider adding additional insurance/recorded postage.

If possible, I try to be Eco-friendly and recycle envelopes and packaging, but I will package your item as safe as I can!
Additional policies and FAQs
All of my work is made with love, care and attention to detail and perfection. I try to make my jewellery as strong as possible to live up to daily wear and tear. If you treat them with respect they should last years! Handle it carefully, avoid tugging it sharply and in the case of beaded rings as a precaution don't have them submerged in water constantly. Be kind when opening/closing clasps, store them flat and out of direct sunlight if possible, also avoid contact with perfumes and other cosmetics (they may damage the surface of some beads. And remember that most of my beaded work is made with small glass beads, so if they're dropped on a hard surface they may not survive intact!
