Can I change my address after placing my order?
We accept address changes only within two hours after placing the order. After that time, we do not accept changes.
Do you accept exchanges and returns?
Due to the nature of the product, which is made to order, we can only accept returns or exchanges if your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, or if it is not the size you ordered, i.e., it was mislabeled. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can assess the issue and correct it. PLEASE NOTE: It is not possible to exchange an item for a different size/colour. If you are unsure about which size would fit you best, please refer to our size charts; we have one for each item listed in the product images. If possible, measure your favourite shirt from armpit to armpit and from top to bottom and compare it.
Custom and personalised orders
We take between 2 and 5 days (on average 3) to produce and ship our products. You should also consider shipping times, which typically range from 5 to 7 business days. This is the average total time it takes for your product to reach your hands.
