Items may arrive tarnished, this is not considered damage. The item can be cleaned with a jewelry polishing cloth. Do not use the type of jewelry cleaner that requires dipping the piece in liquid.

If you have purchased a treasure bottle necklace, please know that I have carefully checked each cork, eyelet, and chain to ensure they are secure. However, rough handling such as yanking, getting the bottle caught on something, or pulling on the chain, may cause them to come apart. I can't repair these, because I do not have any more of the filling that is in each bottle. Please be careful with your treasure bottle necklaces!

Unfortunately, because the shipping services around the world are not entirely reliable right now, and because my pieces are mostly one-of-a-kind and can not be recreated or replaced, I have chosen to ship only within the United States at this time.

Safety. Though the risk is very minimal, earrings are inserted into the body and could pick up traces of skin or blood if worn. Because I can't tell if you've worn them, I can't take them back. Additionally, due to COVID and an abundance of caution, I am not accepting returns on other items at this time.

If you need to contact me for any reason, please use the Etsy contact form. This is the best way, because that way all communication is in one place. If, for some reason, I need to contact you as the buyer, I will also contact you through Etsy.

My business is located in the Kansas City, Missouri area. All items are dropped off inside my local post office, and I use Etsy's shipping labels in order to keep all information in one place. Occasionally, the post office does not scan items in a timely fashion. I keep an eye on all shipments and if I notice something hasn't been scanned, I will contact them to find out why.

I only go to the post office on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

I make an effort to use materials that do not include lead, nickel, or other metals that can cause reactions, HOWEVER, many of my supplies come from countries where quality control may be questionable. While they say their materials do not contain those metals, I can not guarantee it. I also purchase vintage items, take them apart, and use pieces from them. I can not determine what metals or other materials are in those pieces, so I can not guarantee their metal content.
