What are the policies regarding order modifications, cancellations, and returns?
Due to our bespoke Print-on-Demand (POD) infrastructure, all garments are crafted strictly to order, meaning we cannot accept standard returns or exchanges.
Modifications & Cancellations: Alterations (sizing, color, address) or complete cancellations are strictly limited to a one-hour grace period post-payment. Afterward, the order enters production and cannot be modified.
Quality Assurance: If a product arrives with a manufacturing defect, please submit photographic evidence within 14 days of delivery for a prompt resolution.
