We ship our products internationally via USPS First Class International. The international delivery time may vary by the country.
International buyers, please note that you are responsible for any taxes, VAT, Custom duties, handling charges or other amounts that may apply from buyer’s country. Please check with your Customs & local Postal Services for any other fees.
Shipping delay may occur from USPS and Customs. We do not hold any liabilities for delays or damages caused by shipping carriers and Customs.
Refunds and Exchanges
The case must be returned in original, un-used condition. Any extra shipping cost caused by return or exchange are responsibility of the buyer. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
The price of the item will be refunded once we receive the item. Due to nature of made to order process, all returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee if the return is not a result of our error or non-defective products. Shipping costs cannot be refunded if the return is not a result of our error or non-defective products.
All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and must be sent back to us in exactly the same condition as you received it. All original boxes, packing materials, manuals, and accessories must be included for any replacement, exchange, or refund. You can obtain the RMA number by contacting us.
Refund may take up to 4 working days to be credited back to your original payment method. We do not accept any returns or exchanges after 14 days.
Understandably, personalized items cannot be accepted for return unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect.
