All our items are posted within three working days of payment being received, though in the vast majority of sales, they are posted the next working day after purchase. We'll send you a dispatch notification to let you know it's on it's way.

Items in the UK are posted using second class post, which should arrive 2-3 days after dispatch. However, delays do happen occasionally, so please allow an extra 5-7 days before contacting me.

Items abroad are posted using Airmail Small Packets. Allow 3-10 days for delivery to Europe and 10-14 days outside Europe (a bit longer to South America, Africa and Australia). These times are just estimates, and some countries may take longer due to customs clearance.

We post our orders in the same order that we receive them. We will do our best to accommodate your needs, but if you are in a rush for an item, please contact us BEFORE ordering so we can offer advice on whether or not it will arrive in time.

Any postage upgrades needed to secure faster delivery will be charged to the customer. We cannot upgrade postage or rush your order out if you just add a note to the order saying you need it ASAP.

Special delivery is offered on all our listings. Selecting this will mean delivery is guaranteed before 1pm on the working day after your badge is posted - we will aim to post as quickly as possible, but please note our dispatch time is still 3 days, even if special delivery is selected.

International tracked and signed is available on international orders. This may shave a few days off your delivery time if you are in a rush.

Do you do custom orders?

We do make custom badges - drop us a message with details of what you're after and we'll provide a quote.

Wholesale availability

Check our store for a listing where you can select 5 or 10 badges to make your own set. For more badges than that, get in touch and we'll see what we can do.

Where is my order?

Check our shipping policy page and your dispatch notification for a rough guide as to how long your order should take to arrive. Please be aware that these are just guidelines, and delays do happen, especially if your order has to go through customs. Drop us a message if you're concerned.

I need my badge quickly

We're based in the UK, so the first thing to do is look at our shipping policy for an estimate of how long it might take to reach you - if it doesn't look like it will reach you in time, message us and we'll see if we can arrange for you to upgrade postage.

We'll do our best, but we process orders in the same order we receive them, and we cannot upgrade postage without it being agreed and paid for before we receive the order.
