Quality and fabric is great. Design wasn't quite as expected. Can't really work as a poncho as the pieces are cut too thin to cover any part of the arms on an average man when hung like shown in the photo. Just covers shoulders. I'd dare say it's nothing like a poncho, however, seller shared dimensions before purchase. Was hoping it could be used as a half blanket when not being worn but the cut prevents that from happening. It's not a solid rectangle like assumed, it's a U shape. If getting for winter use, please be aware that this is a light-medium thickness wool. Construction and craftsmanship is excellent. Think of this as an extra large scarf. Not functional as a poncho if you're over 5' 5". The inability to cover even upper arms when worn means this can't be worn to replace a light jacket or protect in mild weather.

I absolutely love my cape. The quality is fantastic and will look amazing with my outfits for Christmas. Delivery was quick even with the strikes involved. Would definitely recommend this item and seller. I will be having another look at Cardamom for something else to add to my wardrobe.
