I purchased a keychain from Caris and had it shipped to the U.S. Around the time period of my order, reports were circulating in international media regarding disruptions in the Royal Mail (U.K.) postal service. I was in no rush to receive the order and was aware it may take extra time to arrive. Caris was kind enough to contact me ahead of time, not only to warn of an inevitable shipping delay, but to also offer me a refund! Yes, the keychain arrived one month later, but the quality of the item I received and proactive communication from Caris went above and beyond what anyone should expect from an independent merchant. She even left me a handwritten note with the purchase! Can’t recommend enough. My only wish is for more Etsy sellers as extraordinary as Caris state side.
