Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Send items back within: 21 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
We offer a no-quibble refund policy. If the goods are defective in any way or don't meet your expectations, just send them back within seven days of receipt and we will happily refund you.
Delivery
In general, each order to a separate address will incur its own postage charge. This is because most items have to be packed separately to avoid breakages. If we can safely combine items, however, we will do, and will give partial postage refund if appropriate.

UK P&P charges are based on second class standard post via Royal Mail. We will be happy to use other Royal Mail delivery services if required - please contact us at the time of purchase for pricing.

International P&P charges are based on Royal Mail Standard International delivery. Again, we will be pleased to use other Royal Mail services upon request.
