5 out of 5 starsLove this! Just need a receptacle to collect the tears of the fragile men who will weep seeing this, then I can drink them. It keeps me youthful.

Making the world smile one illustration at a time
Hello , I'm an illustrator and cabaret performer from a lovely little village just outside of Leeds West Yorkshire.
I set up Charlies Crazy coture in 2014 after I graduated art school. I had been selling my books and illustrations both privately and also at book fairs previously and decided to spread my wings and open an online shop,, tah dahh!
The aim of everything I do it to make people smile, I love to use both my own characters and well know 'cult classic' characters. I have always loved art that is interactive which is why I decided to produce my images as paper doll books, colouring books and cards, I feel this makes my art more accessible and there is no better feeling than doing something you love and knowing that when you make a sale your work is making someone else happy.
All of my work is very tongue in cheek and I intend to keep it that way, because life is sometimes a very dark place, so why not make it brighter funnier and more enjoyable through my art ?

Additional policies and FAQs
I welcome commissioned pieces for private and commercial uses. I aim to provide clients with individually tailored pieces to suit their needs.
Work is priced taking a number of things into consideration, firstly the dimensions of the work,
Materials used, and last but not least the time artworks take to be completed; this includes intricacy of the technique used and also print processes.
Please be aware that an upfront fee will be charged for all works, this will cover the cost of the initial draft of ideas and sketches produced. If a client chooses not to move forward with the commission this fee is retained as compensation for my time during the developmental stages.
Once the initial design has been agreed upon I will then require a materials fee before I begin the work. If the client refuses the finished work the materials fee is retained again for time spent and materials used.
The full remaining fee for the work will be charged after completion.
Thank you
Charlotte Victoria
