Custom and personalised orders
I no longer offer custom orders. I can personalise your item for an additional charge.
How long will my order take?
Standard orders will ship in 2-3 weeks, custom orders can be a little longer at between 4-6 weeks. These are the very longest I would expect you to wait (this doesn’t include shipping time) but I will always do my best to get your order out as soon as I possibly can.
How long will shipping take?
I use Royal Mail to ship my items. I use signed for in the UK and First class tracked and signed for the rest of the world.
UK- you should received your item within 3-5 working days of shipping.
US- You should receive you item within 5-10 working days
Rest of the world -You should receive your item within 5-10 working days
I am not responsible for delays in shipping.
Can I get a rush order?
I will accommodate Rush orders wherever I can, just send me a message & I can let you know if it is possible. A rush order charge will apply.
Sizing details
I offer two sizes of ears child & Adult.
The child size are 3” diameter approx
The Adult size are 3.5” diameter approx
Will I get the ears in the picture?
Short answer is Probably not. I create each set from scratch & no two sets are the same. Gem style, placement, sequin shade, bow colouring, will vary from set to set.
Where is my parcel?
I send everything tracked and signed through worldwide postal services. I also provide you with your tracking reference number on my dispatch notification email. If your parcel has taken more than 2 weeks from dispatch, please check your reference number against the Royal Mail or your national postal services website. If your parcel goes to the postal office and is not collected, it will be returned to me. In this instance I will not be held responsible for you not receiving your parcel. I will do everything I can to ensure you get your parcel, however it is not my responsibility to check up on deliveries.
