Fantastic customer service! The original spoon rest I ordered was lost in the post and after Louise speaking to the royal mail and finding out that I would have to wait 10 days before it could be claimed as lost; she quickly offered me a refund or a replacement. I opted for a replacement and Louise very kindly paid extra - free of charge - to have it signed for to ensure it arrived the second time round. Love the spoon rest, it's a great and classy option to the easily breakable ceramic or often tacky plastic ones.
