Custom and personalised orders
How To Order...
If you would like a custom portrait then please message me first if you have a specific date you need it by. I will then need you to send me clear headshot and full body photos of the people you would like illustrated with a short description of the outfits you'd like them to be drawn in.
If you purchase the item and I do not hear anything from you within 72 hours about the order then I will cancel it and refund you the money.
Processing times can vary from 1-4 weeks depending on the time of year. I will send you a photo of a rough sketch of the portrait which is the chance for you to have your say and make changes. Once I add the colour I can only change the colour. Anything you want added will cost a little extra.
Do you sell the frames?
I do not sell the frames because I only have a few and the cost of post and packaging will be quite. High but the places that I buy the frames from (as seen in my photos) is Paperchase, The Range and also Ikea have a good range of frames.
Sizing details
The size of my custom portraits are A4 size (210 x 297 mm / 8.3 x 11.7 in). These are also the sizing of most of my art prints but some do have an option to purchase the smaller size A5 which is half of the A4 size.
All of my items should describe the sizing in the details of the listing.
If you would like a different sizing then please just ask me and I'll see what I can do for you.
