Chyvonne Le Monnier was born from one frustrating question; why can’t I find clothes I love, responsibly made and don’t have triple digit price tags?
I’d just learnt how fashion was polluting the planet and ruining the lives of factory workers and didn’t want to be a part of that, but there seemed to be no fashionable and affordable options for a witchy goth. Being the solution-minded (some would say stubborn) woman I am, Chyvonne Le Monnier was born.
I took my idea of an eco-friendly, ethical brand that made a range of high quality, affordable designs that would embody my love of all things all black and wiccan to a panel of judges made up of local business-people. My vision got the green light to the tune of £500 to start it off and 4 months later I launched my first design; the Mercury Tank Top.
I work as a one woman show wearing any hat needed as this vision grows and develops from it’s humble beginnings. My designs have travelled to 50+ countries and reached a coven of witches who are aware of their impact on mother earth and want to do something about it.
The future is green but still all black and holds big plans.

How long do I have?
You have 90 days to return the item to me from your purchase date, clothing needs to be unwashed and unworn (tried on doesn't count) and in its original state with all packaging and labels. Any sign of wear or damage will mean it won't be accepted :(
What are my options?
Returns can be either exchanged or refunded through store credit or a cash refund to your bank account, exchanges are only for a different size or colour of the same product. Once you have been issued your credit/refund/exchange you cannot change your mind.
What about postage?
All postage costs must be covered by the customer unless the product is faulty or sent in error in which case the shipping costs will be refunded to you once I have received the item back and its condition has been reviewed.
If you return an entire order the whole price will be refunded including original shipping costs, if you refund part of an order then the price of that item will be refunded.
Things to know:
Please be sure return items are packaged as suitably as possible to avoid damage during transit and obtain proof of postage in case your items get lost.
Please allow 7-10 days for your return to be processed.
The returns decision is final, things that may negatively affect the decision include but are not limited to; appearance, smell and condition.

If an order is cancelled after it has dispatched, you won't be issued with your refund until the item is returned undamaged and unsoiled. Postage will not be refunded and return postage will be payable by you.
Anywhere a postman can get to! I'll ship to wherever you are!
How long will it take?
UK shipping is about 3-5 days, EU is up to a week, Australia is up to 3 weeks and America and the rest of the world is up to 2 weeks.
Can I have tracked or express shipping? I want it now!
Express shipping isn't something I currently offer but if you're in the UK you have the option of 1st or 2nd class shipping
Countries outside of the UK have the option to track their order, in the UK it worked out too expensive to be a sensible option
Will I have to pay any import or customs fees?
Any fees depend on where you are so I'd check your local customs office before you buy so there no nasty surprises.

Can I change my order?
If you want to add something then purchase it as normal and let me know the order numbers. I'll combine your orders and refund the second shipping cost as long as you haven't left it to too late and the first order has already shipped.
If you want to remove something then email me asap and l'll refund you for it, if the order has already shipped then you'll have to return it to me once you've received it. (See returns for more info)
Can I cancel my order?

Can I return or exchange something?
As long as it's not been worn (trying it on doesn't count), damaged or soiled then head to the Returns page for the full details!
Where is my order?
If you've ordered but haven't received any order or shipping confirmation then let me know and I'll investigate. If it's been shipped please allow up to a week for UK orders, 2 weeks for EU, 3 weeks for rest of the world and 4 weeks for Australia in case it's got stuck somewhere. If you've waited longer than the above times, get in contact and I'll see what I can do :)
My order arrived damaged/this isn't what I ordered??

I reaally want this top but it's out of stock! Will it ever come back?
If your favourite design is gone or out of stock in your size, let me know you're interested in seeing it come back either through email or on social media and depending on how much interest there is I might look to restock it
How will I know if it fits?
No one wants to order something good that doesn't fit which is why all the products have a Size Guide that opens up the full measurements!
Where are your fabrics from and where are your products made?
Every product has a breakdown in the description of where it's from and where it was made so you can shop with transparency!
How do I say Chyvonne Le Monnier?
Phonetically it's shiv-on lee mon-ee-er, it's not as hard as it looks!
