The seller was very friendly, had clear communication, and the files were received immediately - highly recommend this seller! In terms of the file, this particular file was a bit "clunky" if you use an electronic cross-stitch marking program. The page cuts were at odd places (i.e., in the middle of letters, one or two lines from the end of a character) so you had to flip pages back and forth. Having a full page chart that you can upload into a pattern keeper program instead of individual pages could fix this problem. There is also one possible error in the chart on the third row of letters - the M, N, and O are one line above the rest of the letters on that line. I didn't realize it until it was too late to undo my stitching, but it's not really noticeable once the final picture is complete. All in all, great experience!
