Due to disruptions from Strikes and potential shipping carrier delays, there’s a chance your package may not arrive on the originally estimated date.

I charge £3.50 p&p for all orders, wether it’s for one single item or 10! £3.50 is for 2nd class postage with a tiny amount going towards the packaging or upgrade to 1st class for an extra £1.
I keep my handmade figures as low a price as possible but I can’t incorporate the cost of postage too.

Having bought pieces from Jo's stock at Cherrydidi in Keswick, this was my first order online and I certainly wasn't disappointed. We love the details and character in everything Jo makes and these mice are absolutely adorable. I made a mistake when I ordered and Jo was quick to respond to my message and allow me to return the item for the one I wanted, all turned around in a week. I hand make every single figure individually from clay.

Welcome to the world of Jo’s Little People (AKA ClayFiguresUK)
All my figures are designed then entirely handmade from polymer clay by me. I never use molds for any of my figures. Every figure starts life as a lump of polymer clay, so they are all slightly different and unique, the slightest change to facial expression creates a new little character each time.
I've always been creative & enjoyed making things. I started my business over 20 years ago when I made Little Romans to sell at local sites along Hadrian's Wall in the north of England. When I became a Mum ( in 2002) it seemed the perfect idea to become self employed & make more 'Little People' so I could look after us both. A couple of years later I married my soul mate, together we had 2 more children.
So my range of 'Little People' keep growing. My husband & 3 daughters are on hand to give me their advice & help with packing if I'm really busy! So it really is a family business & we all totally appreciate your support.
I love making commissions too, it’s always nice to do something completely different and one of a kind.
