We have decided to help reduce our carbon footprint (we currently plants trees via Treedom to offset it) so we are now only posting out twice a week, therefore all orders received Thursday-Sunday will be posted out Tuesday and all orders received Monday-Wednesday will be posted out Thursday; if it is an urgent order please message before buying and we will try and accommodate 🧡

Can I return items?
Most garments are sold with 360 ID tagging, this is a strip of tape that is sealed with a tamperproof sticker, meaning that if the looped tagging has been removed from the item we will not accept the return. I am also now using a "Remove me and I'm Yours" kimble card label, again if removed then I will not accept the return.
What if the item doesn’t have a 360 tag or "Remove me and I'm Yours" label?
On occasion we aren’t able to add tags due to the nature of the item for example; hats, necklace, shoes, capes, button down skirts. When this is the case we do specific in the listing if it is not possible to return it.
What if I notice something is wrong or it doesn’t fit after I have removed the tag?
Unfortunately as per each listing, once the tag is removed we will not accept the return, it is down to the buyer to ensure all is well before they removed the tag.
What is the return time?
We accept returns up to 14 days after the item was delivered to the buyers address. All items are tracked and signed so we can see when it is delivered.
What happens if the item is lost or arrives damaged due to transit?
Every item is sent via 1st class recorded, meaning you can put a claim to Royal Mail for up to £50. If the item is over £50 we always select additional cover which is generally up to £250. Please note once the item has left us and is with Royal Mail we accept no response it’s for loss or damage. This is why we send everything via Royal Mail recorded / tracked & signed. It is down to the buyer to chase the missing item, Etsy provide you with the tracking details to enable this.
