4 out of 5 starsI think these are very cute and seem to be very well made. My partner believes these look like they are slightly tilting forward however I don't see this. My only issues is the packaging, shredded paper has been used and while I am all for recycling and reusing the items were buried in this which meant quite a bit of mess to retrieve the items.

Frequently asked questions
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
U.K. - 3-5 working days
Rest of the world - 7-10 working days
Please note we will not be held responsible for any delays to your order due to country customs, as a buyer you have the option to upgrade your shipping to tracked or tracked and signed. All international orders we hold Post Office receipts for (As proof of item being sent).
Do you offer customisation?
Yes! Please get in touch for any custom requests and we will do what we can to fulfil your request.
My product has arrived damaged, what do I do?
If your product has arrived damaged, send a photo of the damaged product in its original packaging within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will get a replacement send out to you. We only offer replacements of the same product ordered.
We recommend you inspect all orders as soon as they arrive to check their condition, especially if it is a gift as we don't want to disappoint anybody. Please follow the damages process and we will send out a replacement asap.
Can I collect my order if I am local?
Yes! Enter the code PICKUP at check out and we will contact you to schedule a date and time for collection.
Do you deliver outside of the UK?
Yes! International orders are send via Royal Mail International Tracked which takes approx. 5-7 working days. Tracking details are provided on your order. We cannot take responsibility for delay in your deliveries.
As a buyer you are responsible for any customs fees/taxes. We're not responsible for items destroyed by customs officials, please be aware of your country’s import regulations.
Do you use recycled packaging?
We constantly use the bits left over from our suppliers to reduce the amount of waste. We try and source the most eco friendly packaging as possible. Our bubble wrap is made from 100% pure PE plastic polythene. We also reuse bubble wrap from other parcels.
Can I cancel my order? Can I get a refund?
You can only cancel your order up until the stage your order has been dispatched.
You're welcome to change your mind anytime before this stage, after that the order cannot be refunded, sorry.

We can issue a refund when the item has come back to us, in the condition it left me. The buyer is responsible for shipping on this.
