If a package is delayed due to postal delays, and the buyer no longer needs the item because it is late, who is the responsible party for this delay?
Once the seller fulfills their shipment within the allotted timeframe, the seller is not responsible for postal delays. An order can always be returned for a full refund once the product is received back to the seller in the condition it was sent. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
