Hello and welcome to my Etsy shop!

My name is Sarah, I'm a Scot who for the past decade or so has lived on the edge of the Pennines in West Yorkshire where I have acquired both a husband, son and cat in the that time.
By day I'm a (mostly) mild-mannered office drone but at night I fetch out my hooks and needles and make beautiful fibre creations to soothe my soul, appease my muse and decorate the world.

An unashamed geek and stealth goth (can't afford the make up and dress code), my creativity tends to run towards an alternative, subculture aesthetic.
Colli Decoris was born as purely an outlet for my crocheted lace chokers but when I discovered needle-felting a whole new avenue opened up to me.

I'm a great fan of the late Terry Pratchett and especially the Guards series of Discworld novels. The opportunity to provide the world with actual Sybil Ramkin, Sunshine Sanctuary for Sick Dragons should-sitter pet dragons was too delicious to resist and I adore creating my babies. Each one is imbued with time, dedication, painfully stabbed fingers and love. I have so many other ideas which are clamouring to become real at the end of my felting needle so do keep visiting.
