About

Fun, feel good jewellery

Our designs take inspiration by all things floral, tropical, colourful, folk art and art nouveau. We aim to create unique pieces of jewellery that are fun, quirky and pretty.

All of our jewellery is designed and made by us. This may involve making some sketches in a sketchbook first, which we then draw on to the computer. We then send the designs off to a laser cutting company who cut out our designs for us using birch plywood. They then get posted back, and are now ready to hand paint. This is an especially fun part as we get to experiment with lots of different colours of paint! The item is then coated with a few layers of gloss. The final stage of production is to attach the relevant parts, such as earring hoops, or brooch pins - and then voila - your piece of jewellery is made!

We want our fun jewellery to bring you happiness and help you feel good for the day ahead. Brighten up your look today with one of our pieces.

I've changed my mind, can I cancel my order?

We do not accept cancellations on orders. All sales are final. Please ensure that you are happy to proceed with your purchase when you hit that final make payment option at the end of the transaction process.

We are happy to offer you a replacement if you have selected the wrong item by accident, please just get in touch as soon as possible before we dispatch your order, as errors can’t be rectified once your order is in the post.

If you require a replacement please:

Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. Exchanges can not be accepted after 30 days of delivery. 🌵

Care instructions

We recommend that you use a slightly damp soft cloth to give your jewellery a quick clean. Avoid total submersion in liquids, and strong chemicals as this could damage your jewellery. A silver cloth should be used to clean the metal parts of your jewellery.

Your jewellery has been finished with a clear varnish. This will help protect it against the odd bit of dirt, however, please protect it from getting fully submerged in dirt or liquid as this could cause discolouration, and damage to the paint and varnish. Water submersion could also damage the wood material.

Store your jewellery in its own small box, like a trinket box, to prevent it from accidental damage and to protect it from direct sunlight which could fade its colours.

Customs/ Import Charges

You are responsible for custom charges for import into your country. Please look into these before you make your purchase so that there are no surprises at your end. We can not be held responsible for delays caused by customs.

The UK is still in the EU, so for now there should be no import charges to EU countries.

Wholesale availability

Currently we do not offer wholesale. However, please send us a 'Question' and we may be able to sort something out.

We are currently working on a wholesale catalogue, so please don't hesitate to get in touch to express your interest.

I would like to order an item that is out of stock.

If there’s an item which you have had your eye on but it’s now out of stock, then please get in contact with us to see what we can do!

As we are an independent business we currently only hold a small amount of stock. Therefore if an item has sold out then we need to order in some more materials and spend time painting and putting the jewellery pieces together. This is no problem for us at all, it just may take us 1-2 weeks to get the design ready for sale again.

Some designs may be more popular than others. So stock replenishment times vary depending on demand. Therefore to guarantee a piece of jewellery get in contact with us (via Etsy messages) as soon as you can, so we can get your item ready & sent to you as soon as possible!!

You only have 1 item in stock for a particular jewellery piece, but I would like to order more (e.g. Qty x 10), is there a way to order more?

Yes! Please get in contact with us, e.g. through Etsy messages, & we can certainly arrange a larger quantity order.

The reason we have low stock numbers is because we are an independent business, & create our jewellery ourselves, & produce stock based on demand. If an item is low in stock then we need to order in some more materials and spend time painting and putting the new jewellery pieces together. This is no problem for us at all, it just may take us 1-2 weeks to get the design ready for sale.

If you request an item in a quantity of 5 for example (e.g. for your friends and family’s Birthday or Christmas presents), like 5 Cacti brooches, we will endeavour to make this possible.

So please don’t hesitate to get in contact with us.

There is a problem with my order

We are very sorry to hear this! We want you to be happy with your purchase and so we will do everything we can to rectify it.

So please get in contact with us as soon as you can so that we can sort something out!

Please get in touch with us before writing a review on Etsy as we would like to rectify the problem as soon as we can, such as sending you a replacement (depending on the nature of the problem).

I need to arrange a Replacement item

Please send us an Etsy message so that a replacement can be arranged. Replacements are only possible if there has been a problem with your order, such as your item has been damaged in the post (Items are checked before sending out to ensure they are not faulty).

My order is being sent as a gift; will a receipt be enclosed with my order?

No. Furthermore, we don’t send any paper receipts with any orders as we want to help the environment by reducing the amount of paper we use. You will still receive an electronic receipt via e-mail upon your order.
