⭐️ Price increases - since Brexit my my supplier of fleece has increased their prices. The same fleece costs 30% more now than it did just a year ago. I have held off, but have had to increase my prices. All I have added is the extra fleece cost, no additional profit. I hate to do it, but I couldn’t afford to keep making up the difference myself ⭐️
Covid-19 announcement - in these unprecedented times please be patient with deliveries. My supplier is struggling to replenish stocks so some of the most popular prints are out of stock. I will always contact and offer alternatives if your first choice is unavailable.
Items are sent via royal mail, myhermes, or DPD. There are deliveries but I always obtain proof of postage. Please be considerate of delays, once I have sent them I have no control over the time taken.
All orders are made in a separate room which only I have access to, and all safety precautions are being taken.

Creating custom beds for your small animal!
Shop policies
At times some of the items in the shop are premade and so ready to ship, but I mostly offer custom listings including cubes and cage sets. I have created full set ups for several different cages (critter nation, ferplast, lazy bones double and triple tier etc).
I want to make your cage beautiful, so if you have fabric or fleece ideas please do not hesitate to get in touch with me.

Please contact the seller if you have any problems with your order.
Payment
Returns only accepted for faulty items. where possible I will correct issue and send it back to you, or offer a full replacement.
Once put in the cage or used with your pets items cannot be returned.
Delivery
All customs charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure that you are familiar with the charges imposed by your country.
If your item doesn't arrive in the expected time please contact me. I cannot make a claim for 2 weeks from posting for UK items and even longer for international items. Please be conscious of this as I cannot make or send a replacement until this time has lapsed. I do not offer refunds if items are lost, just replacements.
Additional policies and FAQs
I do not supply hanging clips with my items due to the cost. Contact me if you need any - if I have them in stock I can set up a listing for you.
Additional fabrics can be purchased so if you do not see something you like please message me!
All listings for liners do NOT include the cage. Please also make sure you have the cage mentioned in the listing. If you do not see your cage listed please message me and I am sure that a set could be made for you.
I recommend all items to be washed using a 30 temperature cycle, and not to use a tumble dryer. They can be put near a radiator but may need shaking and reshaping a little.
All custom charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please make sure you are aware of the custom policy for your country when items are being shipped from the UK.
Screen resolutions and displays differ - please take this into consideration. Colours may appear differently on your screen - for example some light blues may appear grey. Shades also differ - a plain baby blue will not be an exact colour match for a print with baby blue.

Is the cage included with the liners?
Cages are not included with any of my listings. You will have to source the cage elsewhere. If you want help sourcing any of the cages I make liners for then please get in touch and I will do what I can to help.
Can products be made in other sizes?
Yes! I can alter the dimensions of my products to suit your animals without issue.
