Announcement    Due to Royal Mail strikes and the Royal Mail ransomware attack there are delays with international shipping which are beyond my control. I send all orders swiftly and through tracked services. Once they leave my hands it is out of my control to reduce these delays. Your patience is greatly appreciated.

What is this store's return and exchange policy?

▶ DAMAGES ◀
Each artwork is packaged with the utmost care, but unfortunately accidents (though very rare) are still possible during the shipping process. If something does happen which results in damaged artwork during shipping, please send me a message and I will do my best to rectify the situation. If the damage appears to be due to neglect on my end please send me photos so I can offer a full refund or replacement depending on the damage. Original pieces are one of a kind and cannot be replaced I’m afraid.

▶ SHIPPING ◀
If your package is returned because it was unclaimed (your local postal service notified you to pick it up and you failed to do so) OR because you typed the incorrect address on your order, I will not resend it. I will issue a refund for the merchandise but not the shipping cost. Please double check the address on your order to be sure it is typed correctly and know that you are responsible for your local postal service's notifications and customs.

▶ DELAYS BEYOND MY CONTROL ◀
Due to the combination of Brexit, COVID-19, Royal Mail strike action and ransomware attacks, some packages are taking longer than expected to arrive. Some international orders will be subject to customs charges which are also beyond my control. I kindly ask for your patience, as I do everything I can to get orders turned around within the quoted timeframes. However once a parcel leaves my hands I cannot influence the speed of it’s processing and delivery. I will issue refunds on a case by case basis for missing packages, but will not do so before sufficient time has passed to allow for delays in the UK and international postal services. Please be aware that any customs charges you may incur on your orders are your responsibility to pay. Please check the customs regulations in your country before ordering internationally.
