5 out of 5 starsEasy to understand the pattern. I only had problems with puting the safety eye in. I made a small ajustment to the 3rd row of the eye. When I was opposit of the stitch marker, instead of making 2 sc, inc....I made sc, 1ch, skip 1 and inc. The 4th row was normal, one sc was made in to the hole from the chain in the 3rd row. This makes a hole for the safety eye. Hope it helps.

My favorite crochet related quote! "Crocheters save their good yarn for their favorite people. So if your next scarf is kind of scratchy.....sorry, you didn't make the cut! :)
Welcome to my shop!
Wee bit about myself........I live in rural Aberdeenshire in bonny Scotland with the love of my life, our 4 children, 2 dogs and a gerbil and a massive amount of wool :)
I learned to crochet in 2013 by making a granny square, as you do! Once I picked that hook up I've never really put it down again, and granny squares just didn't cut it anymore. I taught myself the skill of amigurumi, pattern writing and counting :) a lot of counting!!! It has just grown from there and I've never looked back, I just love it.
Once I filled our house with animal heads and toys I decided to open this shop and hope that others would enjoy what I create.
Colour is a huge influence on me, which is why you'll find rainbow deer heads, green mice and pink elephants in my shop. I started out with basic animal heads and this has grown, as I became more confident to quite complex and detailed soft sculptures. There literally isn't anything I won't have a go at, I love a challenge and the satisfaction I get when a piece is complete is immense!
Always ready to take on new challenges, so if you have an idea or something unusual you'd like made then just get in touch and I can make it happen!
I absolutely love what I do and the best praise I can ever get is when I'm told it makes people smile.......job done! xx
