Mi amor por las manualidades comenzó a una edad temprana. Acompañaba a mi madre a tiendas con nombres como "The Dusty Attic" para ayudarla a configurar y reabastecer su propio puesto de artesanía. Al principio, deambulaba por los pasillos más que ayudaba porque; bendice su corazón, mi mamá se perdía durante horas en su mundo de corazones en palos, brujas en palos de escoba y dada la temporada, ángeles en lo alto.
Adoraba cada una de sus creaciones hechas de metal reciclado, cuentas, hilo, pegamento y amor. Cuando tuve la edad suficiente para manejar una pistola de pegamento, ella me subcontrató algunas de las tareas más fáciles. Fue entonces cuando comencé a entender lo maravillosa que es la artesanía para el alma. ¡Crear algo con tus manos es la terapia más barata que un artista puede comprar!
Como adulta, habiendo heredado el espíritu emprendedor de mi madre y encontrándome en un trabajo que simplemente no amaba, decidí volver a lo que me hace feliz. Abrí una tienda de suministros de artesanía en línea que proporciona un refugio maravilloso donde los genios creativos pueden comprar artesanías y joyas haciendo suministros por menos.

My love of crafts began at a young age. I would accompany my mom to stores with names like “The Dusty Attic” to help her set up and restock her own craft booth. At first, I would roam the aisles more than help because; bless her heart, my mom would get lost for hours in her world of hearts on sticks, witches on broomsticks and given the season, angels on high.
She adored each of her creations made from recycled metal, beads, thread, glue and love. When I got old enough to handle a glue gun, she outsourced some of the easier tasks to me. It was then that I began to understand how wonderful crafting is for the soul. Creating something with your hands is just about the cheapest therapy an artist can buy!
As an adult, having inherited my mom’s entrepreneurial spirit and having found myself in a job I just didn’t love, I decided to return to what makes me happy. I opened an online craft supplies store providing a wonderful haven where creative geniuses can buy craft and jewelry making supplies for less.
