How to do more than 1 of the same item

You choose the item you want, then select in the drop down the size desired and adjust the quantity. It will be cut as one continuous piece if possible.

Restocking fees

If the customer would like to get the return he will have 50% restocking fee on the item total and he is responsible for shipping cost back.

Sheeping fees for returned items

Shipping fees are non refundable on returns.

Can I pay with my credit card? How to pay if I have no Paypal account?

You can pay for your items with your credit card through PayPal, even if you do not have PayPal account

I wrote wrong adress or forgot to pick up the parcel at the post office

In this case I can return you only 50% from your money taking into account all the costs or I can send it again but you'll be responsible to pay the second shipping.

Why are the shipping costs more expensive in certain countries?

I care about every customer and I want you to get your parcel in good condition and in time. Of course, I have no inluence on the work of the post offices, but economy shipping does not work fine in several countries. That's why I use another kind of shipping which is more expensive but I can be sure that you will get your package.

Shipping before holidays

Shipping time is not guaranteed. Unfortunately, I have no inluence on the work of the post offices. No comments or refunds for the late delivery, please.

I don't accept cancellations

In the extraordinary cases I can accept cancellation. But in such case you loose 10% from the total sum of item cost and shipping costs. Please, regard that.

Italy: 8-10 weeks
North America: 6-8 weeks
Europe: 4-8 weeks
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 5-8 weeks
Asia Pacific: 6-8 weeks
Latin America and the Caribbean: no shipping there
