Claire Salisbury Studios - Colour Your World

Hello, hello! Welcome to my colourful world.

I'm Claire & I'm based in my home studio in Blackpool, Lancashire in the UK.

I'm a Print & Pattern Designer and a life long 'Maker Of Stuff'. I've been making things ever since I was old enough to use scissors & hold a needle. I studied Fashion & Textiles along with art & design all through school & college, I always knew that I wanted to work in the creative industries.

Back in 2012 I started Crafty Alchemy selling craft kits here on Etsy. Over the years it has changed & evolved into Claire Salisbury Studios & the Creative Sparks Club, so here we are now.

I've always loved to make things, there's something magical about taking an idea & turning it into something you can hold in your hand. It genuinely hurts my heart when people say that they can't make anything & they don't have a creative bone in their body. I wanted to show them that they are creative & give them the help they need to get started whilst making sure that they had everything they need to complete a project without the need to spend a fortune on tools & supplies.

I also love designing & creating stationery, greetings cards, badges and even colourful accessories for your home. Who am I kidding? I love designing & creating anything & everything!

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Dispatch items back within: 30 days of delivery

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
If for any reason the your order arrives and it is damaged please contact me via Etsy Convo in the first instance, please also provide photos of the damage so I can take this issue up with my mail carrier. On receipt of the photos I will be able to issue a refund.

If the item is no longer required please contact me to arrange to return the item (at the buyers cost) and a refund will be issued when the item has been received by myself in a re-saleable condition, if the item is damaged on receipt by myself deductions may be made from the refund. For any returns I highly recommend using a tracked service as I will be unable to refund if the item is not returned to me.
Payment
Please pay via Paypal within 48 hours.

Orders will be cancelled if payment has not been received after 48 hours.
Delivery
Your item will be posted out to you within 3 working days. If your parcel does not arrive within 10 working days from the dispatch date please message via Etsy convo me so I can look into it for you. Royal Mail does not class a parcel as missing until 10 working days have passed so I would not be able to refund or send a replacement until the 10 day period has lapsed, once the 10 day period has lapsed I will be able to send a replacement or a refund as requested.

*INTERNATIONAL ORDERS*
Unfortunately I am no longer able to ship items to the EU.
International orders for the rest of the world are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked. Please be aware that international orders can take between 4-6 weeks to arrive depending on clearing customs etc and can take longer around busier times such as Christmas or if there's a postal strike etc

If you require your purchases to be sent via courier, please start an Etsy convo before placing your order so I can get you a quote of the courier costs.

Alongside this if the postage you have paid is considerably more than the actual cost of postage I will automatically refund the difference back to you.
