Hi and welcome to Crafty Green Magpie, the sister shop to Crafty Green Poet! This is where | sell eco-friendly crafting supplies and vintage items.

Returns and exchanges
If you wish to return an item please contact me immediately. I am happy to refund or replace items that you aren't happy with.

All items are sent out in perfect condition and packed well and must be returned in the same condition within 10 days of contacting me.

Shipping charges can not be refunded.

Please pay within 3 days - if you require more time then please get in touch to let me know.

Payment is by PayPal or Direct Checkout. You do not need to have a PayPal account to pay by PayPal and as you go thru the Payment process choose the option 'I do not have a Paypal account then follow the instructions on how to pay by credit card of your choice. It is a secure site.

All custom taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Each country will have it's own specific charges.
Delivery
I ship worldwide within three working days of receiving payment. All orders are shipped via Royal Mail (1st Class for UK shipments and standard Air Mail for all other countries).

International customers are responsible for all duties + taxes due upon entry into their country.

I combine shipping costs and will refund excess shipping costs over 50p / $1 once the order is confirmed as having arrived.

I package all items very well using high quality materials most of which are reused or recycled .
