Unfortunately, it’s come to my attention that several Etsy sellers have been plagiarising my ✨original✨ Deluxe Brand Colour Palette design.

So, if you come across a colour palette design that looks suspiciously like mine, it’s because the sellers in question have copied my original design - which means you’re always getting an inferior imitation of the real thing. 👎🏻

Ultimately, it comes down to this. Designers with real talent don’t need to copy other designers’ work. They also don’t need to leave fake reviews to undermine other people’s businesses.

I work really hard to create designs which are 100% original, right down to my advertising materials, so it’s absolutely heartbreaking to see years of hard work eclipsed by dodgy designers making a living by ripping off other people’s designs.

I will be dealing with the individuals in question, but in the meantime, thank you to you, my lovely customers, who have continued to champion and support my business - I appreciate you so much. 💗

I originally set up Bloom to help small businesses and solopreneurs who were struggling to make ends meet during Covid, or who had lost their jobs. Being made redundant myself, with a young child to care for, I understood exactly how that felt, and I passionately wanted Bloom to be a business that supported and uplifted all small businesses.

My revenue from Etsy enables me to offer a 20% discount on custom work to you - as well as free work to community initiatives and local charities who might not have the funds to hire a designer.

This means the individuals plagiarising my designs are harming the very people and community they’re claiming to help. You.

I firmly believe that the majority of the Etsy community are kind and supportive, and celebrate creativity and original ideas. Let’s show designers who steal other people’s work, and give Etsy sellers a bad name, that that they won’t win.
