How can I use my presets?
Please find the installation guide in your purchased files
Why does the preset look different on my picture?
Please note that although the presets have been tested on various images, results may still be different as the preset works differently on each photo due to lighting, colour, exposure, etc. small adjustments may need to be made to get the perfect look you want.
it is important that you familiarise yourself with lightroom editing and adjustments before making a purchase.
Can I return an order?
Unfortunately, you cannot make returns on digital orders but I'm happy to help you make any adjustments you may require.
