5 out of 5 starsThe number one thing that stood out to me with this Etsy card purchase was the quick response time- from the first time I reached out asking a question before I actually purchased to the moment I received the final product of my digital card. The truth is that there were many many edits that had to be made and whether they were bigger things or smaller (like color swaps,) the seller was on top of it and very willing to edit until I was satisfied. The seller was very open to feedback and made it very clear that she wanted me to be happy with the final product. The seller also gave various options to choose from so I could find what suited my needs the most. I appreciate the thoughtfulneess and patience as I walked her through every expectation I had for my family card. Thank you!
